Agim Lleshi is the owner of A&B Construction. After working in construction for many years Agim created A&B to continue to achieve high standards for local building services across the greater London area.
A&B provides all sorts of services related to building – whether its small interior decor work to entire new builds. Our approach and ethos is the same on every job. We are professional, fast, tidy and deliver a quality product every single time.

Summer house and Garages
Outbuildings such as garages are considered to be permitted development, not needing planning permission, subject to the following limits and conditions:
No outbuilding on land forward of a wall forming the principal elevation.
Outbuildings and garages to be single storey with maximum eaves height of 2.5 metres and maximum overall height of four metres with a dual pitched roof or three metres for any other roof.
Maximum height of 2.5 metres in the case of a building, enclosure or container within two metres of a boundary of the curtilage of the dwelling house. After a long period of research considering and meeting local reputable building companies to perform the rebuild and renovation of our detached property we chose Agim and his team at A and B London construction.
We were looking for a company we felt we could trust to complete the rebuild of our property to our exacting standards and requirements within our budgetary boundaries.

Double Rear Extantion
We couldn’t be happier with the wonderful space that A&B built for our family. Agim and his team were always incredibly efficient, polite and worked respectfully in our home. The end result has transformed our house and we couldn’t recommend them enough.
Renovation,extantion and loft conversion
I am currently a private Landlord of a semi detached house in Waltham Forest.
In bringing the house up to a standard recommended by the London Borough of Waltham Forest I engaged the services of A & B London Construction Services Ltd.
1) The work involved extensive preparation and redecoration to all eight internal rooms ( Walls and Ceiling)
2) Laminate the flooring to all the ground floor rooms and hallway.
3) Carpeting to all firs floor rooms and stairs.
4) Reinstatement of internal partition wall.
5) Minor repairs to roof.
6) Installation of ‘Gallery Bracket’ to chimney stack in roof area.
7) Numerous small details of general repair that includes carpentry and tiling skills.
All work was carried out in an efficient and competent manner and I am pleased to say that they offered very competitive financial estimates for all the work they carried out.
In conclusion I can only say that I was more than satisfied with their work and that as a company they provided an accommodating and professional attitude in all their dealings for the above.
